1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tap 4 Drive ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tap 4 Drive provides NFC-based lead generation tools for automotive dealerships. This includes physical NFC stands, branded customer-facing landing pages, lead capture forms, and dealer management dashboards.

3. SMS Communications

For dealership customers: When you submit a lead form on a Tap 4 Drive-powered page and check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive SMS text messages from the dealership regarding your vehicle inquiry. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

For dealership staff: By adding your phone number as a notification recipient in the Tap 4 Drive portal, you consent to receive SMS alerts for new leads submitted to your store. You can remove your number from the portal at any time.

Carrier compliance: Tap 4 Drive uses Twilio to deliver SMS messages. All SMS communications comply with applicable carrier regulations and the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act). Consent is never required as a condition of purchase.

4. Dealership Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• You must not use the Service to send spam, harass customers, or violate any applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Using the Service to collect data from individuals who have not provided consent
• Sending SMS messages to customers who have opted out
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tap 4 Drive is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
