Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tap 4 Drive platform operated by Tap 4 Drive (“we”, “us”). By using the platform you agree to these Terms.

Use of the platform

You may use the Tap 4 Drive platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Each store subscription covers one dealership location.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed per store per month. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Lead data

Lead data submitted through your dealership’s NFC stands belongs to your account. You are responsible for handling lead data in compliance with applicable privacy laws. We are a data processor acting on your behalf for lead data.

Intellectual property

The Tap 4 Drive platform, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by Tap 4 Drive and protected by intellectual property laws. OEM brand assets used in themes are trademarks of their respective owners and are used under applicable brand guidelines.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tap 4 Drive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
